Practising it would increase awareness and openness of thoughts, charge the passion of your life, would minimize stress, depression, and anxiety chances, and would also boost one's confidence and self-worth.

The best thing about it is it's not only easy but u can do this anywhere at any time and you'll have no excuse. Meditating is a great way to connect with your higher self. Meditation also eliminates worries, anxieties, and other negative feelings. It induces relaxation, cultivates internal energy, develops compassion, and encourages forgiveness. It clears the mind and promotes awareness.
3. Gratitude: the key to fulfilment is being grateful for what you already have surfaces positive feelings that increase your vibrations and open you up to receive more. Feeling grateful boosts happiness and fosters both physical and psychological health, even among those already struggling with mental health problems.
4. Walk, Walk, and Walk: walking and connecting to nature is the most natural and easiest way to help your mind and body to reach their fullest. So walk as often as you can in nature helps you physically and mentally. Enjoying the stimulating and comforting views of nature will promote a sense of emotional wellbeing. It is a great way to ground yourself and feel connected to the universe.
5. Have Anti-Inflammatory food and water: Anti-Inflammatory food influences concentrations of brain chemicals that regulate emotions and cognition. Water helps cleanse impurities that could be weighing down your vibration and the stability of your mind.
6. Sleep: the right amount of sleep is important, this is easier said than done, of course. Enough sleep is essential for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
7. Reading: plenty of reading a diverse range of all kinds would help you explore yourself, new worlds, and ideas. It would help you keep busy with negative thoughts and feed your Intelligence. The more you know, the more fulfilling your life will become. You'll make deeper connections, discover new interests, and become more equipped to reach your goals.
8. Journaling and visualizing: We all have stories to tell and emotions to sort out. Journaling serves as a relief to jumbled thoughts and gnawing worries. It is a great way to clear and organize the mind. It would raise your mindfulness by releasing worries onto the paper, freeing them from your mind. Now close your eyes and see what you want to manifest. Visualize your dream life or goal. Imagine every aspect of your desire and see yourself with it and write them down too.
9. Volunteering and compassion practice: giving joy will return to you. No compassion deed is too small. Not only are you uplifting others, but you are also nourishing your own heart. It helps one to solve problems, strengthens communities and relationships, improves the quality of life, transforms our own lives and mental wellbeing. It makes us more empathic and develops one's personality
10. Embrace yourself: Taking care of yourself is an essential way to raise your vibration. Listen carefully to your body and soul. Every one of us is imbued with an intuition that can guide us towards healing and happiness.
These practices can help, but ultimately you are the captain of your ship here. Be friends with consistency and it will help you reach your destination.
