- When your behaviour affects your everyday productivity.
- For knowing your wrong behaviour and how and what to charge them with.
- When your thoughts and feelings that prevent you from changing your behaviour.
- When your beliefs, values, positive intentions or defence mechanisms don't work for you or cause disturbance in your daily life.
- You endure intense negative emotions or any past experiences that are powering your inefficiency.
- When your repressed memories maybe resulted in current behaviour or the inability to change the current behaviour.
